• Subculture Reagent Kit (# 090K) 

  Each kit contains one each of the following reagents for subculturing adherent cells.(also available separately):
  1. HBSS (Hank's Balanced Salt Solution) (100 ml) (# 062-100) .  
  2. Trypsin/EDTA (100 ml) (# 070-100) . 
  3. Trypsin Neutralizer Solution (100 ml) (# 080-100) .  

   

• Dil-Ac-LDL Kit (# 022K)

• Antibiotic Antimycotic Solution (100 ml) (# 010-100)

• Freezing Medium (50 ml) (# 040-50)

• Extracellular Matrix Attachment Factor Solution (# 120-25, 120-100)  

  Promotes attachment and spreading of endothelial cells. Prevent endothelial cell monolayer from peeling under shear stress (25 ml or 100 ml).

   

• Pre-coated T-25 Flasks (# 121-25-02, 121-25-10)

  T-25 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with Extracellular Matrix Attachment Factor  

  (Pack of 2 or 10).

   

• Attachment Factor Solution (# 123-25, 123-100, 123-500)

  Promotes attachment and spreading of endothelial cells. It is required for culturing microvascular endothelial cells (25 ml, 100 ml or 500 ml).

   

• Collagen Solution (# 125-50)  

  Promote attachment and spreading of various cell types. It is required for culturing

  hair follicle dermal papilla cells (50 ml).
